Our Love Story

Nick and Mel’s love story began in Spring of 2014. They met in the most modern way: by swiping right on Tinder (Swoon!). Some flirtatious banter was exchanged before they finally agreed to meet up. They spent the Summer getting to know each other. They bonded over their love for music, working out, and most importantly, their values. Nick asked Mel out during the Summer of 2014 at Spring Awakening when Tiesto was performing. She politely declined, but then quickly realized her feelings for Nick were stronger than she originally thought. A few days after he asked her out, she told Nick she wanted to be his Girlfriend. Nick, however, didn't jump on the opportunity. He made her wait 2 more months before asking her out again (the Nerve!). 8 years' worth of memories later, Mel said “Yes” to Nick at their favorite restaurant in Austin,Texas overlooking a beautiful sunset at Lake Travis.
